  • Payment Information: When you subscribe to our paid plans, we collect payment details. Note that full payment information is processed by our secure payment processors and is not stored directly on our servers.
  • Usage Patterns: Information about when and how you typically complete tasks to help optimize your scheduling.
  • Shared Account Information: Information about the additional user you've invited to share your subscription.

We also collect information about how you access and use Ordow:

3.2 To Communicate With You

If you invite another person to share your subscription, certain information will be visible to that user, such as shared tasks, schedules, and collaborative workspace data. You control what information is shared.

  • We do NOT use your personal task data or scheduling information to train our AI models without your explicit consent.

  • You always maintain control over how the AI interacts with your data through your privacy settings.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:

When you connect Ordow to third-party calendar services (Google Calendar, Outlook):
